About the Company
Marlow Systems Ltd was set up in 2003 to offer consultancy, support, development and project management services in two specialist areas of IT systems projects:
for desktop, networked and/or web based applications solutions and for clients in many industry sectors and geographic locations.
Staffed by systems professionals with many years of experience in these application areas/sectors, Marlow Systems seeks to partner with the ‘best of breed’ software solutions and to work with the end user organisations to both successfully implement the required system solutions and to ensure that the business benefits/return on investment promised at the outset, are realized in the shortest possible timescales.
Marlow Systems Ltd is based in SW London and supports partners and clients throughout the UK and Europe.
Services:
Within the CAFM and BI marketplace, Marlow Systems provides a wide range of project related services to its both its software partners and ultimate end user organisations as follows:
To Software House Partners:
· Pre-sale systems consultancy – to assist in consultative sales
· Requirement and process/workflow (or BPR) definitions, specifications for systems and their interfaces
· The involvement in and management of, full implementation project lifecycle(s) for end user client projects
· Staff training in implementation processes and associated project skills
· Project management
For End User Clients:
· Software selections process and project business cases, justifications and plans
· Project management of specific implementations
· Training and initial operational support
· System documentation
plus many more areas.
