Drupal 6.13

Another release, another update for me. A load of minor fixes and one security update. I'm considering updating to a Drupal 7 beta to have a look at the new built in RDFa support. As always, it may help if I actually create some useful content in this Drupal (working on it!) and I think this advice on preparing for the RDFa features may be useful.

Drupal 6.12

I'm in a blur of maintenance type activity this week, either that or I'm in a severe work avoidance mode, and so this Drupal is now upgraded to the latest version. I've also upgraded the RDF module while I'm at it.

While I'm writing - if you're a real person and want a logon on this Drupal please create an account and then email me at robertc@boogdesign.com to be activated. I do see accounts created all the time but it seems to me the vast majority are clearly spammers so I've taken to a policy of just deleting them.

Drupal 6.9

Showing my usual sense of good timing, four days after I finally got Drupal upgraded to a recent version there's a security advisory and a new release. At least Drupal upgrades are usually straightforward, especially since I did it the quick way.

Drupal 6.8

I've finally gotten around to upgrading Drupal to a recent version. Not that I've ever gotten around to adding content to make the whole site worthwhile, but I'd been planning to do a boogdesign Drupal theme and figured I'd stay on the more stable 5.x series to do that. Now it's been so long, the 6.x series has had more releases than I'd installed of the 5.x series. Apparently 7 is now in beta, so that's my new deadline for getting a theme done :)

Drupal 5.7 Upgrade

I finally got around to doing another upgrade, I went to 5.7 instead of the (current) 6.1 release because I wanted a 'minimum effort' upgrade (and I got one). I've got to set up some sites in the next few weeks, so will probably upgrade this one after I've got the hang of skins in the 6 series.

Drupal 5.1 Released

And I've duly updated! No major new features, just bugfixing and a security fix. Read the full release notes.

Final Update - Drupal 5.0 is released

Drupal 5.0 has now been released, so I've upgraded. Next step will be to add a proper boogdesign theme and then get adding some actual content. I'm mulling over some changes to the whole site at the minute, I read Steve Krug's "Don't make me think" and it brought a few things into sharp focus. So, expect a home page re-design and some 'information architecure' (basically, I'm going to rename stuff...).

This section of the site is going to be re-christened 'Articles', to contrast with 'Blog' and 'Tutorials'.

And another upgrade

Now at Drupal 5.0RC2 :)

Upgrade to Drupal 5.0RC1

Just upgraded Drupal to the 5.0 release candidate. Enabled the forum feature, not added any content :) We'll see how it goes...
